Please read these terms before purchasing.

1 - All footage belongs to James Ian Gray, JgrayOnline.com, and Mwfilms.co.uk. Once leased/ purchased all footage will be yours to edit and use unlimited for the lease term.

2 - Footage is all fully Broadcastable. All footage supplied will be either Apple HDV or H264 - MP4 format. For no extra fee you can request the footage to be in different codecs.

3 - All footage once purchased will be leased to the company/ individual who has paid for the footage, the footage is not transferable to anyone apart from the person/ company who has purchased.

4 - Footage must be paid for before useage for any project on any media/ medium.

5 - Once payment is cleared the DVD/ Blu Ray with the footage on will be delivered with-in 7-10 working days, a record will be made for leasing purposes. You must keep a record of useage and submitted.

6 - Once payment has cleared you will be allowed to use the footage for the lease period only. This is for unlimited usage in all projects on any media that is stated.

7 - All Footage can be used UK and Worldwide unless stated.

8 - All useages should be recorded and sent through to info@jgrayonline.com, A cue sheet shall be sent out to you on the DVD/ Blu Ray.

9 - If any clip is used after the lease time a standard fine of 1000gbp will be charged for every clip/ segment used, this includes any repeats of programmes, etc. For a repeat blanket license please email for a quote.

10 - These rules may change depending on law and legislation. Please be advised that a copy of the terms will be sent on the DVD, terms at the time of agreement will be the same for the terms that you have agreed to for your lease, any changes will not affect the agreement that you have with James Ian Gray, JGrayonline.com, or MWFilms.co.uk

If you do not agree to any of these terms please do not purchase any clips. Otherwise purchasing any clip will mean that you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
